Company
RSI AI is developing RSI Agent: a case-handover and CRM agent for Australian public-service and community-service teams, where every change is approved by a person.
Company & contactA service request rarely stays with one person. A contact officer takes the call, a case worker checks the facts and a reviewer decides what happens next. Each handover depends on what was said, what was verified and what is still open. RSI Agent is being developed to keep that context attached to the case.
Our public prototype is a service CRM with fictional records and a case agent built on Claude. We’re working towards a scoped pilot with one service team, where accepted proposals, corrections and review time can be measured on a real handover.
How we are building
Work with the people who receive the requests, use the records and make the decisions. Define the problem before choosing a model.
Show the evidence, the proposed action and its cost. Permissions and consequential decisions stay with the person responsible.
Measure accepted work, corrections and time spent reviewing it. Use that evidence to decide what should become a reusable product.
Work with RSI AI
We’d like to hear from public-service and community-service teams, delivery collaborators and applied researchers. Tell us what the task involves, where it slows down and what a useful result would look like.
RSI AI is self-funded and in product development. We have not announced customer results, external investment or grant funding.
