Trust / Clear boundaries

A useful system should
show its working boundaries.

Trust begins with knowing what a demonstration does today, what a future deployment would need, and which decisions remain with people.

Synthetic scenarios only.

The browser prototypes use fictional enquiries and records with local rules and illustrative calculations. They accept no uploads. Replay makes no model request; the optional live case agent additionally requires server configuration and your time-limited permission.

Inputs stay visible.

Inspect the synthetic inputs and the assumptions behind a proposed action or cost estimate. The secondary evidence workflow also exposes its source records.

Approval has a boundary.

Sample approvals and downloads are local demonstration actions. They do not send a quote, reserve an appointment, contact a customer or update a business system.

Assumptions are labelled.

The token optimiser and planning calculators use editable illustrative assumptions. Their results are simulations, not measured model performance, customer savings or live billing.

For a real pilot,
agree the whole data path.

A customer deployment would require a documented purpose, authorised users and material, provider route, processing locations, retention, deletion, backup and offboarding.

An Australian application region does not establish that all model processing takes place in Australia. Residency commitments must reflect the complete deployment and its actual contracts.

Reliability is evidence.

The pilot evaluation would include access isolation, incorrect findings, source accuracy, reviewer effort, bounded retries, restoration and uncertain external actions.

A finite set of passing cases does not guarantee future accuracy. Results and limitations should be recorded together.

Government work has its own requirements.

Any future public-sector work would be assessed against the actual agency, procurement, security, accessibility and data-handling requirements. No government certification or endorsement is claimed.
